Travel
and Arrival Information Form
Please
arrange to arrive in Oberlin on either
Friday, August 21, or Saturday, August
22. Remember the International
Student Orientation begins on Saturday
evening and continues
for two days on August 23 and August
24.
Because
of the early start of international student orientation,
you qualify as an "early arrival" student
and you have
special permission to move into your dorm
room earlier than the other students. Please try not to
arrive in Oberlin before Friday, August 21. If
your arrival before August 21 is unavoidable, contact our
office by email
or phone to make special arrangements.
We
mailed you a pink Travel and Arrival Information
Form
together with your visa documents and the Big Book
of Forms. As soon as you have finalized your travel plans,
please complete the form and mail it or fax it back to us
by the end of July 2009. We need to have your travel information
in advance so that we can prepare for your arrival.
We
