For some, the transition into the workforce may be difficult while others adjust well to the change. Non-college bound adolescents in particular may have difficulty with the adjustment. With proper knowledge and resources, the transition can be made less complex. |

college. It will include information regarding the historical background
of the transition, current statistics and trends, cross-cultural systems,
and interviews with individuals who have already gone through the transition.
