My research focuses on evolutionary ecology, including population and quantitative genetics. My thesis research concerned the distribution and fitness effects of spontaneous mutations, accumulated over many generations, in the plant species Raphanus raphanistrum and Arabidopsis thaliana. My current research includes projects focusing on ecology and evolution of invasive species, epigenetics in Arabidopsis thaliana, and genotype-environment interaction of new mutations.
