The Facilities Operations office is open Monday thru Friday from 8am-4:30pm. The office observes the following holidays, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Winter Shutdown, Martin Luther King Day, and Memorial Day. Please email non emergency work orders to Facilities.Operations@oberlin.edu. For emerency work orders please call the office during regular buisness hours at 440-775-8445. If it is an emergency and it is outside the regular hours of 8am-4:30pm please contact the Office of Safety and Security at 440-775-8444.
