This drawing by Herbert Fairchild Steven, an art student in the 1890s, depicts buildings from Oberlin's architectural "Stone Age," which lasted for about a quarter-century after 1885. Included in the montage are the tower of the College Chapel, the tower of Council Hall, the tower of Talcott Hall, the entry of Spear Library (later, Spear Laboratory), the tower and entry of Baldwin Cottage, the tower of Warner Hall, and the tower and entry of Peters Hall. Reproduced in the 1897 Hi-O-HI, p.13
