George Smith has for ten years conducted the Smith Implement Company at South Main and Vine streets. Aside from his coal business his transactions are largely with farmers in the vicinity of Oberlin. By reason of this fact he has a wide acquaintance with rural residents round and about Oberlin and his operations bring the to the village for the benefit of other stores a number of non-resident customers. Mr. Smith is a very pleasant gentleman who gives close attention to his business and who gets results through his knowledge of the line which he conducts.
