WATSON IS VETERAN IN HARDWARE GAME
Has Been Director of Peoples Banking Company Since Its Forming

Miles J. Watson, who for more than thirty years has been actively engaged in the hardware business in Oberlin, has probably as wide an acquaintance throughout Lorain County as any other business man in the college town. Years ago the firm was Watson & Thompson. Before investing in business himself Mr. Watson served as a clerk. He knows the hardware business and his career has been marked by unflagging industry and energy. In recent years he has had associated with him his son-in-law Glenn L. Molyneaux.

Mr. Watson has for years specialized in installation and repairs in the plumbing, heating, and electrical game and has been a steady and liberal employer of labor. He has served as president of the Oberlin Board of Commerce, has been since its organization director of the Peoples Banking Company, and is a past president of the Ohio Hardware Dealer’s Association. Mr. Watson has had the agency for the Frigidaire for several years and has been very successful in the number of installations which he has been able to make.
