Barbara
Craig (Ph.D., 1988, Minnesota) is interested in international economics
and economic growth. She teaches courses in international trade,
international fincance and econometrics. Her recent research has
focused on international capital markets and the connection between
international capital flows and economic growth. For several years
she has collaborated with an international group of agricultural
economists on historical studies of agriculture in the United States
as well as comparative studies of agricultural development around
the world. During 1999-2000 she served as a program officer at the
National Science Foundation. She is also currently serving as the
Chair of the Economics Department.
