Our goals are...
- finding resources for improving undergraduate liberal arts teaching and making them accessible to Oberlin College faculty
- sponsoring activities, such as informal discussions and speakers, to encourage faculty to exchange their ideas about the special challenges and rewards of teaching Oberlin College students
- encouraging faculty at all stages of their careers to further develop their skills in undergraduate instruction
- fostering a climate of respect for accomplished undergraduate teaching at in a liberal arts college environment by providing advice on the evaluation of skill and assessment for rewards for excellent teaching
