application fee.

The application deadline for all registrants
is
May 1, 2008. Late applications will be accepted if enrollment permits.
Payment
The balance for tuition, housing, and dining is due June 21, 2008.
Should a registrant need to cancel
after the deadline, the full fee (minus the $50 application fee) will
be refunded
if written notification is received seven days before the first day of
the festival. After that date, no refund will be made. Make checks
payable
(in U.S. funds) to Oberlin College.
Registration
Registration for competitors is Saturday, July
26, 2008 from 1-5 pm, and for festival
participants on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 from
1-5 pm. At this time participants will be assigned
to residence halls and receive schedules and other
pertinent information.
Registration includes admission to all recitals, lectures, master classes, competition semi-finals, and finals. Master Class Consideration
Festival participants: please submit a CD of two contrasting pieces to be considered for performance in a master class. Competitors: your preliminary recording for the competition will be used for masterclass consideration unless you provide a separate recording for masterclass consideration. |
