Playing to Win: The Future of Great Music in the 21st Century

The inaugural lecture in the NYC Lecture Series will take place immediately before the concert.

Sure to be thought provoking and interesting, the conversation will focus on innovation and its critical role in 21st century music. Each panelist represents a different branch of the musical world and will offer his/her thoughts to the challenges of making new work relevant to the public while maintaining their integrity as artists. Central to the discussion will be the role of conservatories in the new century.
