The following Oberlin College events will take place in New York City during the weekend of January 26, 2007. We encourage you to get involved with these activities and make the weekend of the 26th a truly remarkable, Oberlin-filled weekend.

Oberlin Business Scholars

The Oberlin Business Scholars Program is an intensive winter term project that provides selected scholars with a solid foundation of skills, knowledge, and contacts to successfully compete for jobs and internships in the fields of finance and consulting. The four-week program includes three weeks spent in Oberlin working on team and individual projects. The group also spends time in Cleveland, Boston and a week in New York meeting with alumni at their places of business and attending networking receptions in each city.

25th & 50th Reunion Event

Alumni from the Classes of 1982 and 1957 are invited to attend the 25th and 50th Reunion Countdown Reception in the Hospitality Suite at the Hilton NYC (Sixth Avenue) at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27. Join us to learn more about your upcoming reunions and to reconnect with fellow classmates.

The response for the events has been phenomenal, and we are sorry to announce that the post concert reception is now closed for new registrations. Ticket Costs Concert & Lecture – One ticket serves as admission to both events. Population Lecture/Concert Alumni/Friends/Donors $20 Recent Graduates (2002-2006) $10 Current Oberlin Students/Parents $5 Discounted tickets for the lecture/concert are available for current Oberlin parents and students, as well as recent graduates from the classes of 2002 to 2006. When purchasing your tickets from Carnegie Hall, please indicate that you are a current parent/student or recent graduate by utilizing one of the following four character discount codes: Current Parents & Students - OCPS Recent Graduates - OCRG   Post Concert Reception – Oberlin College students, parents, alumni and friends.
