If you missed any of the Cleveland Orchestra's first 202 Oberlin Artist Recital Series appearances in Finney Chapel, you won't be able to remedy the situation on Friday, February 27, at 8 p.m. when the orchestra makes its 203rd appearance; the concert is sold out.

There is, however, a sliver of hope for those who don't have to get up early in the morning.

The subscription concert features the orchestra, under the baton of Franz Welser-Möst, performing Beethoven's Diabelli Variations, op. 120 (in an arrangement by guest pianist Uri Caine); Leonard Bernstein's Symphonic Dances from West Side Story ; and Walter Piston's Suite from The Incredible Flutist. Afterwards, Uri Caine will return to the stage, this time with his eponymous trio (Drew Gress plays bass; Ben Perowsky is on drums) for a late-night jazz concert.

This special concert begins at 11 p.m. Patrons of the orchestra concert who wish to remain for the jazz concert may maintain their regular seats. All others may purchase general admission tickets for $5, either through the Central Ticket Service box office or at the door.

For more information, call CTS at 440-775-8169.
