Liz DeShong to Perform Mezzo Solo with Cleveland Orchestra Chorus Sunday, April 28

  Junior Elizabeth DeShong, a vocal performance major from Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, will sing the mezzo solo of Maurice Duruflé’s Requiem with The Cleveland Orchestra Chorus on Sunday, April 28, at 3 p.m. at Severance Hall in Cleveland. The performance celebrates the 100th anniversary of the birth of Duruflé, the French organist and composer. Organist Todd Wilson will perform on Severance Hall’s Norton Memorial Organ. DeShong is a student of Professor of Singing Daune Mahy.
