WVIZ/PBS Presents Program Featuring Oberlin International Piano Competition By Joanna Chang
			This week, WVIZ/PBS, Channel 25, will feature Tony Sun, a Cleveland-area pianist, on the APPLAUSE series. Tony Sun was a contestant in the 2001 Oberlin International Piano Festival Competition. The Director of the competition is Oberlin Conservatory Piano Professor Robert Shannon. The competition and festival were held July 23 to July 29, 2001 at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. This short segment of the program will include coverage of Mr. Sun's participation in the competition, including footage of the semi-final round in Warner Concert Hall. The program will air at the following times: Thursday, October 4 at 7:30 P.M., Saturday, October 6 at 5:30 P.M., and Sunday, October 7 at 11:00 A.M.
