Faculty Peter Silberman'86 and guest artist Anton Machleder to Perform on Wednesday's Weekly Improvisation Series Photo by Michael Chipman
			Peter Silberman '86, Visiting Instructor of Aural Skills, will join the roster of the weekly Improvisation Series with a piano performance on Wednesday, November 3, 10 p.m. in Kulas Recital Hall. Silberman will joined by guest artist, guitarist Anton Machleder. Ecuadorian-born American guitarist Anton Machleder has performed throughout the United States in solo recitals and chamber music concerts. He made his New York debut in 1992 at Carnegie Hall's Weill Hall as the winner of the Artists International Competition, and has recorded on the La Tapa Recordings label. Machleder is currently Instructor of Guitar at Houghton College, and previously taught at Alfred University and Finger Lakes Community College.
