Sofia Vitek
MFA (Violin Performance), Lund University, Sweden
Sofia Vitek received her MFA (Violin Performance) at the Lund University, Music Department in 1993 where she studied with Professor Endre Wolf and Professor Alexander Fischer, former head of the string department at the St. Petersburg Conservatory of Music, Russia. She held orchestra positions in Malmo and Gothenburg Opera Houses and performed extensively throughout Scandinavia as a member of the Malmo Symphony Orchestra, Helsingborg Symphony, and Copenhagen Philharmonic. Sofia is a registered member of the Music Teachers National Association and the Ohio Music Teachers Association.
