New to Community Music School this year is Dan Adams, a classical guitarist and experienced teacher in all styles. He holds a Doctorate from the University of Boulder and a Master of Music from the Peabody Conservatory. Dan has performed as a soloist aross the country and in May appeared with the Lorain County Civic Orchestra to perform Joaquin Rodrigo's "Concierto de Aranjuez." His debut CD, "Impromptu," features te music of Bach, Weiss, Giuliani, Bennett and Piazzolla.

In addition to teaching and performing, he is active in researching guitar music of the early nineteenth century, which he plays on a period instrument.
