getting on the network

You have three options for connecting to the network from the fastest to the slowest. Do the one which suits you best.
  • Fast lane:
  • Moderate lane:
    • I have the ethernet hardware installed
    • I need help installing the software
    • This takes a little longer than doing it yourself. Your RCC will gladly connect you to the network, help you activate your connection, and install all the necessary software. Just keep in mind that due to the number of people who request this service and the limited numbers of RCCs on campus that you will have to wait up to three weeks. Feel free to e-mail your rcc to set up an appointment.

  • Slow lane:
    • I need an RCC to install the hardware and software.
    • This service takes the longest; be prepared to wait as long as a month or more. Feel free to e-mail your rcc to set up an appointment.
