connecting
connection assistance The Center for Information Technology (CIT) employs a number of student Residential Computer Coordinators (RCCs) across campus to assist students in connecting to the network. When you arrive in the fall, your RCC will have posted information around the form about how to contact them for appointments. How early you sign up for help and the degree of assistance that you need from the RCC will determine the amount of time that it takes her/him to assist you. Please be patient: one RCC is responsible for two hundred or more residents, which can be very stressful at the beginning of the semester. Also, once you have made an appointment with your RCC, be sure to keep it; RCC time is valuable and in demand. RCCs for Fall 2002 ![]()
