Getting Help

Students living in residence halls, co-ops, program houses, or village housing may contact their assigned Residential Computer Coordinator (RCC) directly for assistance. Click here to see who is assigned to your building. If you just need general information, send an e-mail message to cit@oberlin.edu.

Student Computing Services CenterYou may also bring your computer to the Student Computing Services Center (SCSC), located within the main CIT lab, Mudd 052, on Level A in the Mudd Learning Center. SCSC hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 A.M. to 10 P.M., Monday-Friday, and 4 P.M.-midnight on Sundays.

Additionally, if you have already pursued the first two options and still need help, or an RCC or SCSC consultant directs you to do so, you may visit the main Help Desk in Mudd 005, Monday-Friday, 9 A.M.-12 P.M. and 1-4:30 P.M..

If you need help in a lab, or have a general non-Resnet question, please send an e-mail message to cit@oberlin.edu.
