Participation in training is required. Qualifications:  Computer literacy is required, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Previous client service and/or computer skills are a plus. Self-motivation in expanding knowledge of operating systems and software applications is essential. Pay rates vary according to experience. Consultants are promoted from Student Consultant to Help Desk Consultant.
