Hardware Repairs CIT is authorized to repair Apple and HP computers, as well as HP printers. A list of supported hardware can be found under CIT Policies -> Support Policy FOR FACULTY & STAFF: College-owned computers:
Personally-owned computers:
FOR STUDENTS: Students with suspected computer hardware problems should first visit the Technology Services Center (TSC), located in room 112B of the Academic Commons on the main floor of Mudd Center. TSC staff will evaluate the computer and make a determination for a course of action, which may including checking the computer into the Help Desk for further work. The user is responsible for backing up his/her data. |
