Comments on condition:
The apartment is fully furnished but a lot of the furniture is really cheap (ex the lamps fall over, and the desks and kitchen table are sort of unstable). There is very little storage space (though this isn't a problem except in the kitchen and the small bedroom). The lighting in the bedrooms is pretty terrible - one doesn't have an overhead fixture at all.
