Have you had any disagreements with your landlord/landlady concerning who has the responsibility for making the repairs? No

Do you expect to have any problems getting your security deposit returned? If yes, why? (Explain below.): Yes

Have you had any major disagreements with your landlord/landlady? (Explain below.): Yes

If yes, have you taken any legal action concerning the disagreement? (Explain below.): No

Explanations and comments:
We share a house this year with wasteful, rude, smoking, drinking people who do not understand how to co-exist with studious personalities. We have tried to work this out with our landlords and the neighbors, but nothing has been done about the situation all year. We anticipate not having our security deposit returned because one disagreement was on the percentage of utilities to be paid, as it has not been equitable all year and the two of us upstairs have been paying for the three downstairs to be incredibly wasteful. Due to such disagreements and lack of communication, we expect them to keep our security deposit as we have decided to only pay what is equitable. We will take legal action if pressed.

Neighborhood & Location
Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Mix
For whom is the noise level appropriate? Rowdy college students
Problems with location? None of the above

Comments on the neighborhood:
Our neighbors in the house next door like to play music loud enough for us to hear it in our house - they are a Soltis rental too. Our neighbors in the same house are completely unbearable with the noise, so make sure you know who you will be living with when you rent part of a house.
