Yes, but it's very expensive to heat Is it hard to regulate the heat? (For example, does the thermostat work? Do you have to open windows in the winter?): Yes Comments on any of the above (temperature): The thermostat is in downstairs tenant's apartment, so I have no control over the heat!! Really bad situation, she turns it down and I get cold, then I still have to pay the heating bill. Make landlord change situation or DO NOT RENT. Got into a disagreement with him over my responsibility regarding the person I sublet the apartment to. Subleter did pay other tenant for utilities and I said that was the other tenants fault for not taking care of it and he said it was mine.
