my bedroom window is a bit drafty, but the room and the house has still been really warm through the winter. also, doug is super helpful about repairs so it isn't a big deal at all.

Comments on the neighborhood:
The neighborhood and the apartment/house are mostly really quiet. mostly connies live in the house, so the pleasant sounds of violin, flute and voice are the norm. the occasional rowdy college students noises float up once in a while, mostly just on weekend nights. not a problem really and about how you'd find it anywhere in obieland.
