generally good, with exception of upstairs bathroom, which is very small and has an unusable shower

some storm windows, but not upstairs. one thermostat does not evenly heat, but it's not too bad.

Tom has been fixing the place up, so he was around a lot. It never bothered me that he came by without notice, and I think if we asked, he would be ok with giving notice.
