(Explain below.): No Explanations and comments: landlord is at the house a lot sometimes (although she usually informs us of when she will be). a couple times she's commented on the state of someone's bedroom.
our furnace broke at the beginning of february. we had no heat for a week. we asked carol if we could get our paid rent back (or not pay it in the next month) for the week that our house was unlivable and freezing. at first she would not comply. than we compromised. None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: it's a bit far from campus, but the area is nice and you get to walk through town to go home.
