No Do you expect to have any problems getting your security deposit returned? If yes, why? (Explain below.): No Have you had any major disagreements with your landlord/landlady? (Explain below.): No If yes, have you taken any legal action concerning the disagreement? (Explain below.): No Explanations and comments: I've lived in three different places off campus. Not only is this the nices *place* I've lived in, but Doug is by far the greatest landlord. He works in town, and is willing to come out from home if something is urgent. He is a family-oriented guy who stays out of our way but is also a nice guy. On several occasions we have stopped to chat about interesting issues. He's pretty nonconfrontational, though. Neighborhood & Location Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Townspeople For whom is the noise level appropriate? School children Problems with location? None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: For people with classes on north campus and with no bike it might be a bit far. The population of the building tends to be Connies (I've lived there two years and have had very very few College students in the building). The noise level has been very quiet except for the occasional party in both years I've been there. The only noise issue is that people walking over head does carry into lower apartments A LOT.
