Repairs need to be made to many things-you can not run a hair dryer without blowing a fuse
-you refrigerator door will not fully close, landlord's solution: put a metal latch on it. It is also missing inside shelves and is too small for 4 people
-the outside steps are falling apart, landlord's solution: fix them with plywood!
-The basement floods
-the kitchen counters are peeling and are not sanitary
-windows do not stay up by themselves

The neighborhood is fine. Sometimes it is loud, but usually not. I feel safe as a bug. I can walk or ride my bike.
