She's very warm and flexible and lives around the corner, so she's always available and eager to help in any situation. She even gave us old wine glasses of hers and some lawn furniture. Neighborhood & Location Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Mix For whom is the noise level appropriate? Sleeping baby Problems with location? None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: Families and quiet students, bikes in yard, far enough away that you feel like you're in a neighborhood but still within a 100 minute walk of anywhere.
