Do you have to open windows in the winter?): Yes Comments on any of the above (temperature): ALL utilities (including internet) are covered in the cost of rent. However the thermostat is controlled by the landlords. Since it sometimes gets a little cold, they've provided space heaters for every bedroom so we have more control over the temperature. And don't be scared that they live downstairs. They're used to renting to college students and they have never complained about noise or anything. None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: The apartment is basically on campus. It's across from Dascomb and the Mudd parking lot so it's close to just about everything!
