Very good living conditions: white walls, newer carpets. These are not normal "college" apartments, they are nice "real people" places.

Our kitchen faucet fell apart and the repair happened within 2 days of notice. We have had disagreements, though.

Can be a little noisy at times from both college students and townies, but people tend to be rather nice about talking to each other.
