However, some of the construction is a little shoddy (crooked light switches, thin walls, only one coat of paint). This is not a big problem for now, but may be several years down the road. This is good for things like rent, deposit, etc. This does mean that sometimes minor repairs (e.g. repairing doorbell, replacing cabinet door, etc.) go unfixed for a while.
