Yes Is it hard to regulate the heat? (For example, does the thermostat work? Do you have to open windows in the winter?): No Comments on any of the above (temperature): Since the landlord pays the gas he does not allow students to regulate the temperature by opening window. However, since it is a small upstairs apartment / 3 person house, heating the entire floor up is pretty easy. It usually does not get too hot. Relationship With Landlord Does s/he enter the premises without your consent or without giving legal notice? He was always quick to respond to any complaint we had and would go above and beyond the call of duty when it came to fixing things around the house. He was also very friendly and a nice guy to talk to. Neighborhood & Location Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Mix For whom is the noise level appropriate? Sleeping baby Problems with location? None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: Quite nieghborhood but close to all the action on campus. The house is near the middle school but one rarely hears the students.
