Landlord is fantastic, communicative, and ridiculously quick to remedy any situation that arises. Utilities are flat $50 per month and any overpay gets repaid at end, underpay gets deducted from security deposit. Rent is paid 3 times per year. I think it was $300/mo. but it might have been $350.
