It's a dingy appartment. Window screens are ripped, very small sink, some electrical sockets are broken.

Explanations and comments:
Sandy never cleaned the apartment before I moved in, and charged me for problems that existed before I moved in. If anything the apartment was cleaner when I left. She never even gave the remaining deposits to my roomates. I had to demand mine vehemently.
