The floor is not even, the corners are not square, some of the doors do not insulate very well, the original design has been modified in ways that are not logical, and harm the functionality of the house.

The leaks under doors and lack of insulation make it very expensive to heat.

In important situations they made the necessary repairs, however, things like basic maintenance and getting items out of storage in the garage take more time or is not taken care of.
