Overall the house is in pretty good condition. We had silverfish and spiders all year though.

The downstairs got warm really quickly, and the upstairs was usually cold in the winter.

Explanations and comments:
He moved the summer people in before our lease was up and the person who still lived there was not notified previously. Then we got charged for cleaning costs from our security deposit, which I thought was kind of sketchy.

It was mostly very quiet except that the house on the corner had huge parties and was VERY loud occasionally.
