Explanations and comments:
Carol took a trampoline belonging to the house that had been in the yard for over a month and locked in the garage one day without any explanation, and refused to put it back. She also likes to hang out in and around the house a lot (like multiple times a week), and makes a lot of rules. She wrote us a note telling us to buy toilet paper once, and locks the door every time that she leaves. She told one of my housemates that she was "bitchy" while her mother was standing right there.

Neighborhood & Location
Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Mix
For whom is the noise level appropriate? School children
Problems with location? None of the above

Comments on the neighborhood:
If you can deal with Carol, it's a great place to live.
