HEAT:
I have been concerning about room is not warm and can't feel the heat at all during frizzing winter. and had written many times email or tired to call the landlord but the only thing i heard back was that "there was never happen about heat is not enough for people who lived here before so you are the first one. only you have this problem because you want to have a warmmer room with others" but actually I think the heater is just broken the whole winter I have not feel the heat at all in my room it has been really really cold just like the temperature of outside, the landlord never try to come and figure out what is really going on with the room or the heat. Also at the same time I am paying like almost 100 or sometimes even more than 100 for untilies every months. Neighborhood & Location Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Townspeople For whom is the noise level appropriate? Rowdy college students Problems with location? Scary at night Comments on the neighborhood: IT's not a safe street and the landlord never mention about it.
