The landlord and his wife have really taken good care of the house. It might not have a new paintjob, but they spent their money where it really counts, inside. I consider myself spoiled and extremely lucky to have lived in this house.

Comments on the neighborhood:
The neighbors are a real pain about noise. The one time that we were actually making noise outside, the cops were called on us. Parties probably have to be kept inside.
