Just your typical old house...needs some work and probably isn't going to be happening anytime soon, but the space is nice.

Explanations and comments:
The situation is such that the owner of the house lives in Massachusetts. So, Connie Grube is the manager of the property. The times when this has been a problem is when Liz Goodman, the owner, refuses to make necessary repairs because she is located so far away and is unwilling to put up the money without surveying problems. However, for the most part, if things really need fixing, such as the toilet or a clog in the shower or a hole in the ceiling (all of which have occurred), Connie always gets it done.

Comments on the neighborhood:
It's kinda far, down by the reservoir. I like the location being a little removed, but it may be too much for people without a car.
