(For example, does the thermostat work? Do you have to open windows in the winter?): Yes Comments on any of the above (temperature): Thermostat is in a different apartment in the house. In the winter it can get chilly at night, but in the summer it stays remarkably cool and comfortable, even if it's 80-90 degrees outside. Relationship With Landlord Does s/he enter the premises without your consent or without giving legal notice? He does most of the work himself, and he's been over less than 2 hours after I called him. If he's out of town he quickly gets someone else to come. Neighborhood & Location Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Mix For whom is the noise level appropriate? School children Problems with location? None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: Neighbors with college faculty and staff. Very quiet, unless the people in other apartments in the house have something going on.
