Neighborhood & Location Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Mix For whom is the noise level appropriate? Sleeping baby Problems with location? None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: A lot of elderly people live here. Very very quiet, and quiet hours start at 10pm, so not the best environment for college students who like to stay up and party. Some of the apartments have rather funky smells coming from them, depending on the age of the people living there. But most of the occupants are very nice and very friendly.
