new, clean, big house. well-maintained by the landload.

we're paying $55 utility/month throughout the year and the heating didn't sky roket during the winter. our house can be exceedingly warm w/ all the heat on so we try to save energy.

Eric is super nice person and usually around the house doing all the repairs/equipping things weekly if not more frequently.

Comments on the neighborhood:
there are multiple student house (all owned by Eric, the same land lord) around, so depends on who the students are it can be the party place or quiet neighborhood. It's 1.5 block away from tappen but i never felt it too hard to walk to campus.
