Do you have to open windows in the winter?): Yes Comments on any of the above (temperature): we're paying $55 utility/month throughout the year and the heating didn't sky roket during the winter. our house can be exceedingly warm w/ all the heat on so we try to save energy. (Explain below.): Explanations and comments: Eric is super nice person and usually around the house doing all the repairs/equipping things weekly if not more frequently. Neighborhood & Location Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Students For whom is the noise level appropriate? School children Problems with location? None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: there are multiple student house (all owned by Eric, the same land lord) around, so depends on who the students are it can be the party place or quiet neighborhood. It's 1.5 block away from tappen but i never felt it too hard to walk to campus.
