Comments on condition:
Problems with a drawer- some insulation issues, but the heat is included in rent as it is water (which should be included in the the survey above), and that is a big plus because it is so nice that it is not dry, and free (kind of). The condition of the ceiling in the closet in the living room is a lot worse than the rest of the place. Hwoever, Doug is a gret landlord, and any issues you have, he's right there. I had issues with my heat once in two years, and he was working on it all weekend, gave me his personal heater and offered his own house if I couldn't find another place to stay and it got too cold for me. Also, if you want to keep it for the summer, he'll rent it to you for half or less.

Explanations and comments:

Neighborhood & Location
Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Mix
For whom is the noise level appropriate? School children
Problems with location? None of the above

Comments on the neighborhood:
In general it's quiet- but occasionally, becuase it is a building with all students, it gets pretty loud, but everybody is pretty considerate- and very nice. You are surrounded by townies, so the outside noise is always quiet. It's a nice location for the con because it's close enough for practice and town, but far enough away to have some space and get out of the noise on the weekends.
