I didn't live there this year, but I hear that the utilities are now included in the price of rent. Another poster has had a very different experience than I did. When I lived there, the house was constantly freezing even as we were paying upwards of $200 (split three ways) to heat it in the winter.

Explanations and comments:
Somethings were left unrepaired even after we were promised that they would be fixed. Other things were done as soon as they were brought up. Mr. Spieth is a very personable man, and fine as a landlord. No problems getting the security deposit back, though it wasn't fast by any means.
