Also the stairs to the second floor (this apt.) are kind of terrifying. The insulation is VERY GOOD and I'm sure the heating bill is a lot lower because of this. (For example, does the thermostat work? Do you have to open windows in the winter?): No Comments on any of the above (temperature): Retains heat very well. Being on the top apartment, we get residual heat from the apartment below. It would be nice to have separate utilities from that apartment, though... Repairs are quick and generous, and they see to any concerns we have promptly and kindly. Neighborhood & Location Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: Downstairs neighbors are really noisy, but the neighborhood is pretty quiet-- if you ignore the 18-wheelers on 511, that is.
